Lead the integrations that connect Ishqkala to carrier claims systems, starting with Guidewire ClaimCenter. You will design how claims, notes and documents flow to us and how scores and activities flow back, guide carrier IT teams through cutover, and make sure adjusters see subrogation leads in their own screens without any change to their daily workflow.
What you will do
- Own the reference architecture for ClaimCenter integration on Guidewire Cloud and self-managed installations, covering Cloud API, App Events messaging and batch extracts.
- Build and maintain connectors for Duck Creek Claims, Origami Risk and SFTP extracts from legacy and hosted claims systems.
- Write scores, subrogation activities and notes back to the claim through supported APIs, without customizations that block a carrier's upgrades.
- Lead technical discovery with carrier claims IT: data mapping, environment access, security review and cutover plans.
- Set integration standards for retries, idempotency, monitoring and alerting, and review the work of other integration engineers.
- Cover US Eastern overlap hours during carrier go-lives and planned cutovers.
What you bring
- 10+ years in enterprise integration, including 5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration work.
- Strong Gosu and Java, with production experience on Guidewire Cloud API, messaging or Integration Gateway.
- Solid grasp of the ClaimCenter data model: claims, exposures, contacts, activities, notes and documents.
- Experience with REST, event-driven messaging, SFTP batch pipelines and AWS services.
- A track record of leading integrations through carrier security reviews and production cutover.
- Clear written and spoken communication with US-based carrier IT and claims teams.
Nice to have
- Guidewire certification in ClaimCenter or integration.
- Duck Creek Claims or Origami Risk integration experience.
- Experience with Xactimate, CCC ONE or Mitchell estimate data.
