This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on ishqkala.si and app.ishqkala.si, why we use them and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some last only until you close the browser (session cookies) and others remain for a set period (persistent cookies). First-party cookies are set by Ishqkala; third-party cookies are set by a service we use on the page. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.

How we use cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure, protect forms against abuse, keep you signed in and remember your cookie choices. Functional cookies remember interface preferences. Analytics cookies on ishqkala.si show which pages, guides and tools are used, so we can improve them. Marketing cookies on ishqkala.si connect a form submission, such as a Free Closed-Claim Audit request, with the pages that business contact viewed beforehand.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

The platform sets only strictly necessary cookies

On app.ishqkala.si, we set only the strictly necessary cookies listed below. No analytics, marketing or other third-party scripts load on platform pages that display claim content. Product usage measurement inside the platform is first-party and server-side, and it uses an allowlist of event fields.

Claim identifiers are never placed in cookies or analytics

Claim numbers, claimant and insured names, policy numbers, VINs, insured details and settlement dollar amounts are never written to cookies, never included in URLs reported to analytics, and never sent to client-side tracking or analytics scripts. Query strings are removed from every page path before an analytics event is recorded, and figures entered in the Subrogation Recovery Calculator stay in your browser.

Your choices

Where the law requires opt-in consent, analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner. Everywhere else, you can turn them off at any time through the Cookie settings link in the site footer. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and some forms from working.

Third-party cookies on ishqkala.si

Three outside services set cookies on our sites. Cloudflare sets a short-lived bot management cookie that helps us block automated attacks on sign-in and form pages. Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies on the marketing website only; it does not log or store IP addresses, and we have turned off Google signals and advertising features for our property. HubSpot sets marketing cookies on the marketing website only, so that our team can see which guides a business contact read before requesting an audit or demo.

Each of these providers acts under its own contract with Ishqkala and its own privacy terms. None of them receives claim data, and none of their scripts runs on app.ishqkala.si.

Similar technologies

The platform uses your browser's local storage to keep unsaved filter selections and the layout of your work queue between page loads. Local storage on app.ishqkala.si never holds claim documents, extracted claim fields or claimant details, and it is cleared when you sign out. Our emails do not contain tracking pixels for open tracking, and links in platform alert emails do not carry analytics parameters.
