“Subrogation recovery yield became the slide that won our last two RFPs. Prospects had never seen their prior TPA's recovery numbers, and ours were documented claim by claim.”

FAQ

Pricing questions

On the Closed-Claim Recovery Sweep you pay 10% to 15% of net dollars actually recovered on opportunities Ishqkala identified. The rate depends on volume and line mix and is fixed in your order form. No recovery, no fee.

A signed NDA and BAA, and an encrypted export of 500 closed claims with notes, documents and payments. You receive a Subrogation Opportunity Manifest within 5 business days.

Not for the Closed-Claim Sweep or Continuous Detection. Enterprise deployments with dedicated core-system integration work are scoped in the license.

Ishqkala does not file suits. The opportunity is routed with its full package to your recovery counsel. Contingency applies to net dollars recovered, after the counsel and vendor fees your order form defines.

For claims against signatory carriers, Ishqkala prepares an Arbitration Forums filing packet. Your team files through your own Arbitration Forums account.

Cash actually received from the adverse party or its carrier on an opportunity Ishqkala identified, less the insured's deductible reimbursement and any counsel or vendor fees, as defined in your order form.

Yes. Most carriers start with the sweep and add continuous detection once the first recoveries post. Your contingency rate drops to the 5% to 8% band when the platform fee starts.

Yes. Continuous Real-Time Detection includes a 14-day free production trial on your own claims, with full features and a connected claims system or SFTP feed.

Find the millions hiding in your closed claim files before the Statute of Limitations expires.
