Turn your historical closed files into immediate non-premium revenue.

“There was no budget line to approve. We sent the files, read the manifest, and the first recoveries posted before the software would have cost us a dollar. It was surplus we had already written off.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

You pay nothing. On the Closed-Claim Recovery Sweep plan there is no software fee and no implementation fee; Ishqkala earns 10% to 15% of net dollars actually recovered from opportunities it identified.

As far back as the shortest relevant limitation period allows. For most property and auto lines that means 24 to 36 months, with files nearest their SOL worked first. Claims already past every deadline are excluded from the manifest automatically.

Only the files your subrogation team decides to pursue. The manifest is reviewed by your unit or counsel first; most carriers reopen a recovery exposure rather than the whole claim.

Claim header data, payments, diary notes and attached documents. A standard export specification is provided for Guidewire, Duck Creek, Origami Risk and flat-file systems, and the transfer runs over encrypted SFTP under a signed BAA.

Find the millions hiding in your closed claim files before the Statute of Limitations expires.

We'll scan a batch of 500 closed claims for free and deliver an itemized recovery manifest within 5 business days.
