Complete lifecycle architecture
Ingestion to arbitration, in six stages.
Inputs
- Guidewire / Duck Creek / Origami API
- SFTP closed-claim extract
- Xactimate, CCC ONE, Mitchell estimates
- ISO ClaimSearch reports
Outputs
- Normalized claim record
- Document inventory with OCR status
- Payment and recovery ledger
Read-only service accounts or encrypted batch drops. Every document is fingerprinted so re-ingesting a claim never double counts a payment.
IntegrationsAI parsing capabilities
It reads the documents your adjusters skim.
Handwriting OCR
Field notes, officer narratives and signed statements are transcribed with confidence scores per word. Low-confidence spans are flagged for a human glance instead of silently guessed.
Transcribed · confidence 0.94 · page 3 of 4
Collision diagram interpretation
Vehicle positions, direction arrows, lane markings and point-of-impact marks on crash report diagrams are read alongside the narrative, so a diagram that contradicts a statement gets noticed.
Point of impact in V1 lane · V2 entering from controlled approach
Line-item estimate decoding
Xactimate, CCC ONE and Mitchell line items are mapped to damage areas, so recoverable dollars exclude betterment and items unrelated to the third party's conduct.
| PLM SUPPLY | Supply line, braided, 3/8" | Recoverable |
| DRY CEIL | Drywall ceiling, kitchen | Recoverable |
| PNT CEIL | Seal and paint ceiling | Recoverable |
| CAB UPG | Cabinet upgrade (owner) | Excluded |
Clear boundaries
What Ishqkala does not do.
Ishqkala does
- Reads every document in open and closed claim files
- Identifies adverse parties and the legal theory against each
- Scores recoverable dollars, win probability and SOL urgency
- Assembles demand packages and Arbitration Forums filing packets
- Routes work to your subrogation unit or your chosen counsel
Ishqkala does not
- File lawsuits or practice law
- Act as a collection agency or contact adverse parties
- Replace your claims adjusters or subrogation specialists
- Sell, share or resell claim data
- Train AI models on your claim files
Combined ratio impact
Every recovered dollar comes straight off paid losses.
Subrogation recoveries reduce net incurred losses point for point. No premium has to be written, no underwriting appetite changes, and no acquisition expense is spent.

“We were paying commercial water losses where the failed valve was sitting in a bag in the adjuster's trunk. Ishqkala matched two of them to an open manufacturer recall in the first week.”
