Arbitration integration

Arbitration Forums, Inc. logoIshqkala + E-Subro Hub

Pre-arbitration subrogation demands, assembled for Arbitration Forums E-Subro Hub exchange.

Vendor: Arbitration Forums, Inc.Sync: BatchMethods: 3

Overview

E-Subro Hub is Arbitration Forums' electronic demand exchange, where members issue subrogation demands, attach evidence, negotiate offers and counteroffers, and move unresolved demands into arbitration. AF has moved E-Subro Hub onto its TRS platform, so a demand and its arbitration share one environment. Ishqkala prepares each demand to E-Subro Hub's structure, with party information, damages by category, liability position and typed evidence, ready for your recovery staff to issue under your membership.

Use cases

  • Issue clear-liability auto demands with rental, towing and deductible broken out the way responders review them.
  • Track every open E-Subro Hub demand against its SOL date in one queue.
  • Escalate stalled demands to an arbitration packet before the limitation period runs.
  • Return insured deductibles faster by tracking accepted amounts by category.

FAQ

E-Subro Hub integration FAQ

No. Your recovery staff issue every demand and handle every response. Ishqkala prepares the package and tracks status from your reports.

Many inter-company disputes settle at the demand stage, which costs less and closes faster than an arbitration filing. Ishqkala keeps the arbitration packet ready in case it does not.

Each demand carries the SOL date for its loss state. Demands still open as that date approaches are flagged for escalation to arbitration or recovery counsel.

No. Ishqkala is independent of Arbitration Forums. It prepares material for E-Subro Hub and reads reports your team downloads.
